2008 To whom it may concern: Re: Clark County Collection Services One of the original reasons I chose Clark County Collection Services for Western Regional Center for Brian & Spine Surgery collection accounts was because I knew Mary Chatelle from a previous working relationship. The previous company that we were using originally was very concerned with working our accounts and obtaining the maximum amount of money they could for our outstanding balances that we turned over to them. As time progressed, I felt that we were not getting the proper attention to our accounts and it seemed that our revenue was decreasing. I met with Mary C. in early 2006 and made the decision to switch vendors for our collection accounts because I knew we would get the necessary attention needed to collect balances in full. In the two years that we have utilized Clark County Collection Services, they have proven to me that I made the correct decision for Western Regional Center for Brain & Spinal Surgery. To date both our organizations have had a productive and profitable working relationship. |
