Sahara Avenue Las Vegas, NV 89146 Dear Teresa; It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for you and Clark County Collection Service (CCCS). Several months ago when we met with Mary Chatelle, you both promised me that CCCS could significantly improve the collection results for Desert Radiologists. Now, after 5 months of collection experience, your agency has already significantly improved our collection accounts over our other long-standing collection agency. If this trend continues, I will be terminating our business relationship with the other agency in the near future. As a forty physician radiology practice, with six hospital contracts and 5 outpatient diagnostic imaging facilities, we generate nearly $200 million in charges and approximately $60 million in net revenues annually. As you are aware, our current bad debt is much higher than I think it should be and that is why we contracted with your company and are in the final stages of bringing our billing services in-house. |

we began our contractual relationship with CCCS, we have not
received any patient or referring physician complaints regarding
your collection efforts. I find this remarkable since you have
significantly improved our collection results within a very
short time frame. I am very excited to see your new facility in the near future. I was very impressed with your current facility and technology when I attended your "Open House" back in November 2006. It is exciting to hear how you are growing.
